"Excellent customer service"
Love their dresses, always get compliments when I wear them! I have shopped more than once from Sister Jane and never had an issue, excellent customer service, fast delivery and easy to do returns online.

"Free Delivery but code did not work"
I ordered a dress on Thursday morning and received it by Friday morning, which was great. The only issue I had was with a 10% discount code I received for signing up to their newsletter that did not work.
However I contacted customer service and they refunded me the 10% after I placed the order. Overall good experience.

"Great fabrics"
I ordered the Dream Center Stage Midi Dress. I was positively surprised I received it as the quality of the sheer jacquard, the volume and the detailing is beautiful for £200 dress. The order arrived next day in a shiny silver bag. I was unsure about the sizing at first, but messaged customer service who got back to half hour later with suggestions. I got my order next day delivery and it arrived in a shiny silver bag... loved it.
